Anchor Bay, Red Sea strike deals on Officer Down, Pawn

Anchor Bay has swooped on all English speaking territories for action a pair of action films, Officer Down and Pawn. Red Sea Media is handling international sales on both titles Cannes.


Anchor Bay’s Kevin Kasha negotiated the deals with attorney Elsa Ramo and Jeff Most of Most Films on behalf of the producers and Roman Kopelevich of Red Sea Media.


Kopelevich has closed sales in both films in Benelux (Dutch FilmWorks), Brazil (Globo TV), Latin America (Polar Star), Middle East (Eagle), Romania (Prorom), Thailand (IPA) and Turkey (Horizon International). Negotiations continue for France and Germany.


Officer Down stars Stephen Dorff, Dominic Purcell and James Woods star among others and follows a rogue police office on the trail of a young woman’s murderers. Brian A Miller directed and Most produced with Jeff Bozz, Mohammed Zahoor and Jeff Rice.


David A Armstrong directed the hostage thriller Pawn featuring an ensemble that include Michael Chiklis, Common, Ray Liotta, Nikki Reed and Forest Whitaker. Michael Becker of Imprint Entertainment produced with Chiklis, Brad Luff and Most.
